Capture inquiries with measurements (width/height/depth), sketches, photos and questionnaires — including via the mobile app right at the customer's.
Quotes
Quotes with line items, per-line discounts, VAT and a professional PDF document. Convert an inquiry into a quote with one click, and an accepted quote into a project.
Invoices
Issued invoices with a PDF document, bank account details and an SI12 payment reference, payment records and a two-way link between payments and projects.
Projects
Manage projects by statuses and departments: documents by type, costs, issued invoices, measurements, sketches, notes and the full activity history.
Customers
A customer catalog with contact details and the full history of each customer's inquiries, quotes, projects and invoices.
Unified calendar

Modules
Exactly what you get with each module
Enable modules as you need them — the price is added to your chosen plan. You can add any module at any time.
Online configurator
Your customer builds the product; you get the quote and the parts list.
- A public configurator on your own address — visitors choose step by step, with images, options and rules that rule out combinations you do not make.
- The price is calculated live from your own formulas (area, perimeter, quantity, group subtotal), so the visitor always knows where they stand.
- A submission lands in Sklopio as a quote with line items, priced exactly as the visitor saw it — nothing is retyped.
- The same submission produces an internal material list at cost price for the workshop, which the customer never sees.
- Unfinished configurations are kept — the customer picks up later, and you see where they stopped.
Production
The workshop always knows what's next.
- A production board with stages: production started, material received, ready for installation.
- The Sklopio Produkcija workshop screen for a TV or tablet — touch-friendly, no computer needed in the workshop.
