Permanently delete your account

You can permanently delete your Sklopio account and all related data at any time. No sign-in required.

Enter the account e-mail

We will send a security code to that address. Nothing is deleted without the code.

What gets deleted

  • Your user account and access to the app.
  • If you are the company owner: the entire company account — all users, customers, projects, offers and invoices.
  • All uploaded files, photos, sketches and handover reports.
  • Notification history, activity logs and settings.

Issued invoices must be kept for 10 years under tax law. They are stored separately and are not used for any other purpose.
