No. The office program runs in your web browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. There is also a mobile app for your team, and a workshop screen that runs on a TV, a tablet or a small computer.

No. Switch on only the modules you need; whatever you do not use stays hidden, so the program stays simple. You can change this later.

Yes. Turn on the Reservations, Customers and Invoices modules, without production or installation. You get a calendar, resources, appointments and customer notifications.

Yes. Statuses, departments, product lists, handover report forms and similar lists are yours to edit, so the program uses your words and your steps. You do not have to change how you work to fit the software.

There are four plans: Solo for one person, Team for up to three people, a Reservations plan for appointment businesses, and a Custom plan where you pick the number of users, modules and storage. Quotes, invoices, projects, customers, the calendar and more are included in every plan. Extra modules such as Production, Installation, Complaints, Reservations or the online configurator are added for an additional fee. All prices include VAT and are listed on the Pricing page.

No. Sklopio does not cap the number of quotes, invoices, projects, customers, products or inquiries — create as many as your business needs. You pay for the number of people who use it, the modules you switch on and the storage for files and photos. SMS messages are paid per message from a prepaid wallet.

Solo is for one person, and the Team and Reservations plans are for up to three people. The Custom plan starts with three users, and you can add more for a small fee per extra user.

Yes. If you pay yearly, you get two months free compared with paying monthly. The Pricing page shows both prices.

Yes, at any time in your account settings. If you change something in the middle of a billing period, you are charged proportionally for the rest of that period or at the next renewal, and the program shows you the amount before you confirm.

By card through Stripe, or by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice where agreed. You pay in advance, monthly or yearly, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. We never see or store your card number; Stripe handles it.

There is no long-term commitment. You cancel yourself in the subscription settings of your account, without giving a reason and without a fee. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Please note that a period that is already paid is not refunded.

Cancelling does not delete your data straight away, but it is not kept forever either. After your access ends, your data is kept for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Export what you need before your subscription ends.

Yes. Quotes and invoices come out as professional PDF documents, with VAT, your bank details and a payment reference (SI12). You can record payments and see them next to the project. An inquiry becomes a quote with one click, and an accepted quote becomes a project.

Yes, with Minimax and with e-računi. Quotes and invoices can be sent over automatically or one by one, and the PDF documents come back into Sklopio. You switch the connection on yourself.

You put the configurator on your own website. A visitor builds the product themselves, step by step, with images and rules that rule out combinations you do not make, and sees the price the whole time, calculated by your formulas. When they submit, two things appear in Sklopio at once: a quote with line items at the price the customer saw, and an internal material list at cost price for the workshop. Nothing is retyped.

Yes, with the customer portal and e-signing. You send the customer a private link; they see their quotes, projects and invoices without registering, and can sign a quote or contract electronically. Entry is confirmed with a code sent to their e-mail, and every view and signature is recorded, so a signed document can be proven.

Yes, by SMS or by e-mail. For example, a customer can get a message when an installation is booked or moved, a reminder before the visit, a confirmation of a reservation, or a note when their project moves to a new step. You choose which messages are sent and what they say, and customers who do not want messages can be left out.

The SMS module is available, but the SMS messages themselves are billed as you use them. To send from the app, top up your prepaid wallet; the cost is charged based on usage according to the price list for each country. If you do not need SMS notifications, simply leave the wallet empty. There is no extra cost.

Every person gets a role, and the role decides what they may see and do. For example, you can allow invoices to be seen only by selected people. You can also limit someone to their own records, to their department, or let them see everything. The departments are office, production and installation.

Nine: Slovenian, English, German, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, Dutch, French and Italian. Each person picks their own language, and lists such as statuses can be named in several languages.

For the field there is a mobile app (installation with photos and signatures), and for the workshop a screen you can show on a TV or tablet. If you are unsure what equipment to buy, we will advise you, and on request we can supply a small computer for the workshop.

The mobile app is for the people who work in your company, for example office staff and installers. Your customers do not need to install anything; they use the private links and messages described above. There are no purchases or payments in the app. The subscription is managed on the website.

Yes. Every company has its own private space, and other companies cannot see your data. Our servers are in the EU, and we do not sell data. We use a few trusted partners to run the service, for example Stripe for card payments and Mailgun for e-mail.

Yes. Each person can switch on two-step sign-in (2FA) for their account: after the password, they enter a short code from an authenticator app on their phone.

Yes, at any time. Write to [email protected] or use the account deletion page on this website, which asks you to confirm by e-mail. We carry it out within 30 days of your confirmed request, except for data we are required by law to keep, such as issued invoices. Deletion is permanent.
